Avoid if you can. We booked rooms from 6th April evening 5:pm to next day 5:00 pm. we checked in at 6:00 pm and at 7:00 pm water supply stopped. The water was not available until the next day morning 6:00 am. The water again stopped at 8:30 Am. As we are unable even to go to the toilet, we asked for refund, so we can book some nearby resort. The management however not willing to pay the money back or not able to restore water supply. There was a big arguments with staff and the staff were so immune to any shouting from the customers. Finally I have to call the Managing director and and shouted at her. She does not have the simple logic that as a 4star resort, if they can not provide the service they must refund the money to customers.

Horrible stay in a room with full of dust

The room was not cleaned. No blankets available and when I requested for blanket they give me one and it was full of dust which makes me sneeze for the full night and next day. The room which given to me have a bad smell of dust and I requested for another room but same condition. Lift is also not working some time. If the lift stops in halfway you have to press alarm and somebody will on the generator. This is my last stay in this hotel. Worst management Worst staff Worst customer relation

The hotel room is enough for a group of 4 people to stay at. The beautiful weather of Kerala and amazing views just made our day. The inhouse served food was worth appreciation on account of its taste and delight .The hotel was clean and hygenic. The staff was english speaking and looked professional and much answerable and helpful. Overall a enjoyed stay

My name is prathapasimha I am coming from Bangalore. I am coming with my brother in law and my son for visiting temple. I stay in this hotel 26/1/2018. For hotel staf given room number 301 for mega suit room. After we are enter in this room, bad smell is coming for not cleaning and not maintaining properly. AC is not working,bad smell,Room main door is not closed. In both room mosquitoes are singing for biteing I call to staff scaled them. They are not understand English also. Please I request for booking this hotel in future anybody’ please do not book the hotel’ it’s worst hotel in Kannur, and not to refere any body. I give -0 for feedback

It was a pleasant experience to stay over here. The staff was very co operative to while check in mid night. Rooms & washrooms are large, clean, reasonable price. Very close to the temple. Definitely Recommendable.
